A welfare family, built by its own members

Standing with the people who feed the nation

AEWA brings agriculture employees together into one mutual support system — so that no member ever has to face a medical emergency, a family crisis, or a moment of hardship alone.

Who we are

Built by agriculture workers, for agriculture workers

AEWA was founded on a simple idea: the people who work hardest to put food on the nation's table deserve a safety net of their own.

We bring together farm supervisors, agricultural contract staff, cooperative workers, and allied professionals into a single association, where every member's small, regular contribution becomes real support for any member going through a hard time — a medical emergency, a family loss, or a daughter's wedding.

AEWA is run transparently by its own members and local volunteers, with every rupee accounted for and every decision open to the people it serves.

“We built AEWA because we lived the problem ourselves — when the harvest fails or an emergency hits, agriculture workers had nowhere to turn. Now they have each other.”

Member benefits

What members can count on

A small, steady contribution from every member funds real support when someone needs it most.

Emergency Financial Support

Direct financial assistance to a member's family in the event of an unforeseen tragedy, funded collectively by the whole membership.

Medical Assistance

Support toward treatment costs for serious illness, so a health emergency doesn't become a financial one too.

Education Support

Assistance toward school and college costs for members' children, so a family's hardship doesn't interrupt a child's education.

Wedding Assistance

A contribution toward the cost of a member's daughter's wedding — a tradition of shared celebration and shared responsibility.

Blood Donation Drives

Regular community blood donation camps organized with local hospitals, open to members and the public alike.

Employment Assistance

Help connecting members and their families with fair employment opportunities through our growing network.
